-It's was first seen as a piece of concept art photographed in the Blizzard museum in mid-2009, and has not been seen in the game or referenced anywhere else until the Blizzcon Diablo 3 Panel part 3 video where around the 9 minute mark, a sand golem appears to fight along side with a bunch of female lacuni and a few flying birdlike creatures as well as some small hominoids. A Sand Golem appears in the Spike Trap skill video, arising from the desert
