These values seem extremely low, given how the developers have talked about traits all adding substantial, noticeable bonuses. Possibly they were transcribed in error from the Blizzcon 2010 demo, or mislabeled within it. Just level 1 point to {{iw|Warmth Warmth}}, a Sorceress skill in Diablo II, was worth 30% faster regeneration, with additional points adding 12% each.
