[[Hexing Pants of Mr. Yan]] is a [[legendary pants]] that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. This item can only be found and equipped by any class, though the special bonus heavily favors use by a few classes and builds that can keep in almost constant motion.

The [[Smart Drop]] system ensures that these pants will usually roll with the [[mainstat]] appropriate to the class that finds it. Belts can roll with +skill bonuses as well, and these will also usually get Smart Loot'ed to appropriate skills for your class.

This item presents an interesting [[legendary affix]], which considerably boosts resource regeneration and damage while a character is moving, but decreases it while standing still. These are most popular with [[Whirlwind]] Barbarians, and they are great for [[Strafe]] Demon Hunters as well. Witch Doctors like them also, as their Fetishes and other minions can fight while the WD runs around, dropping DoT spells all the while.
