[[Boots of Disregard]] is a [[legendary boots]] that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. This item can only be found and equipped by any class, though the special bonus heavily favors use by characters who can be stationary during combat.

The [[Smart Drop]] system ensures that these boots will usually roll with the [[mainstat]] appropriate to the class that finds it. Boots can roll with +skill bonuses as well, and these will also usually get Smart Loot'ed to appropriate skills for your class.

==Boots of Disregard properties==

This item has a [[legendary affix]] that allows for considerable life regen. It grants 500 life regen per second and stacks up to eight times, which maxes out at 4000/sec. That's equivalent to two or three level 70 items with regen, a good, but not spectacular, total.

These boots are best suited for builds that stand still during combat, either while hitting the same enemy with melee attacks, or more likely standing in place and using a stream sort of attack, like [[Rapid Fire]] or [[Arcane Torrent]]. Furthermore, the boots can enable much more stationary play than would otherwise be possible. Naturally, they are not a good match with [Hexing Pants of Mr. Yan]].
