Board Walkers are crafted [[legendary boots]] that can only be created in Reaper of Souls. This item requires the [[Cartographer's Toolkit]], one of the [[legendary materials]] for each one crafted.

To create these, find the [[Plan: Board Walkers]], which can be randomly dropped randomly by any level 70 target, and teach the plan to the [[Blacksmith]].

The only inherent stat on these boots is +10-12% Movement Speed. These boots will roll higher stat values than Rare boots, but numerous other legendary, set, and crafted set boots have better potential bonuses, including [[legendary affixes]] making Board Walkers a good, but not great, piece of [[end game]] gear.

==Crafting==

Once a player finds the randomly-dropped recipe, [[Plan: Board Walkers]], and teaches it to the Blacksmith, the item can be created by any character on that account. This item always has a lvl 70 requirement, no matter what level character crafts it. The [[Smart Loot]] system means that this item will usually roll with a [[mainstat]] and/or +skill damage bonus appropriate to the class of the character that creates it.

* 4 [[Death's Breath]]

==Legendary Material==

The required legendary material, [[Cartographer's Toolkit]] which is dropped by Unique (purple) Ghouls, the fast moving melee attacking creature.

Sources confirmed to drop this legendary material are:
