'''Blood Cellar''' appears in the [[Black Canyon Mines]]. It's a small single storey dungeon filled with packs of [[Fallen Hounds]] feasting on piles of corpses. They ignore you until you attack them at which point all packs will attack you.

After you have killed them all a survivor will crawl out from where he's been hiding under a big pile of corpses, thanks you and gives you an item (nothing that good) as a thank you. It's not a quest or event.
