Nova, the titular character.

Starcraft:Ghost is a military-themed First Person Shooter set in Blizzard's Starcraft game universe. Originally designed as a console title, development began in 2002 and continued until 2005 when the project was put on indefinite hold. The delay was a surprise to most fans, since despite a troubled development cycle, the game was the centerpiece of BlizzCon 2005, featuring large on the show programs, boasting a statue and a cosplay model, and hundreds of playable demos.

Blizzard has not officially cancelled the title, but as of early 2011 it is not in active development.

Though the title has been inactive for six years, fan interest in it remains high. Wallpapers and official artwork can be seen regularly, and fan art as well, somewhat spurred by the inclusion of ghost units in Starcraft II.
